Business automation & CRM systems

Stop letting leads, handoffs and follow-up disappear between your tools.

Foster Business Works helps small businesses connect the systems behind a customer inquiry: forms, calendars, CRM, email, SMS, spreadsheets and internal notifications. The goal is a cleaner process that is easier to test, explain and maintain.

Short answer

Start with an Automation & CRM Audit from $249. It is a useful paid diagnostic that identifies broken or manual steps, maps the systems involved and gives you a prioritized repair plan. Larger implementation work is scoped after audit or discovery.

01

Start with the business problem

The visible symptom may be a missed inquiry, a slow response, duplicate records or a team member copying information between tools. We trace what happens now, what should happen instead and where the process needs a reliable handoff.

  • Leads falling through the cracks
  • Slow or inconsistent follow-up
  • Forms not reaching the right person or system
  • Duplicate or broken workflows
  • Disconnected CRM, calendar, email, spreadsheet and website tools
02

Set up, repair and connect the workflow

The right implementation depends on the systems you already use. Work can include GoHighLevel CRM workflow setup and cleanup, n8n/Make/Zapier automation, lead routing and follow-up, webhook/API connections, migrations and workflow troubleshooting.

  • GoHighLevel pipelines, forms, calendars, tags and lead routing
  • n8n, Make and Zapier workflow builds, repairs and migrations
  • Form, calendar, CRM, email, SMS and spreadsheet integrations
  • Zapier-to-n8n or Make migrations
  • Selective GA4, GTM, CAPI and attribution reconciliation when the scope justifies it
03

An audit that produces a real next step

The entry offer is designed to be useful even if you decide not to continue into implementation. The review identifies the systems involved, the manual or broken steps, access and dependency risks, the highest-priority fixes and the scope needed to implement them safely.

  • Review one current lead, CRM or automation process
  • Up to 3 connected tools or systems
  • Prioritized findings and a written repair/action plan
  • Recommended implementation scope
04

Truthful internal proof

Foster Business Works built and tested the 15-node n8n local-service lead-flow workflow shown below as an internal implementation demonstration. It covers webhook intake, validation and normalization, classification, priority routing, persistence/upsert, duplicate handling, review/error routing, notifications and deterministic tests. It uses synthetic data and is not paid-client work, a testimonial or a production customer deployment.

  • 3 synthetic leads stored
  • 1 invalid lead sent to review
  • Duplicate lead updated with updateCount = 2
  • Repeatable successful execution tests
05

Implementation is scoped after the audit

Larger projects are quoted after the current process, systems, access requirements and acceptance criteria are understood. That keeps the work bounded and avoids promising a fixed result before the dependencies are known. Client subscriptions, provider charges, custom software development, unlimited revisions and guaranteed revenue or marketing outcomes are not included unless separately scoped and agreed.

Common questions

What buyers ask before they start.

What tools can you work with?+

Depending on the process, work may include GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, Zapier, webhooks, APIs, forms, calendars, email, SMS, spreadsheets, CRM systems and conversion-tracking tools.

How much does an automation or CRM audit cost?+

The Automation & CRM Audit starts at $249. The final scope depends on the process, number of systems, access requirements and level of documentation needed.

Do you replace my CRM or create a second database?+

Not by default. The first step is to understand the systems you already use and keep the authoritative record where it belongs. A separate database is only considered when the requirements justify it.

Is the n8n example paid-client work?+

No. It is an internal Foster Business Works implementation demonstration built with synthetic data. It shows how the workflow was structured and tested, not a client testimonial or guaranteed business outcome.

A short inquiry does not commit you to a project.
