Tell me what is costing you

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers before you invest time in an inquiry.

If your question is not covered, send a short project description. I will tell you whether it fits and what I would recommend.

Common questions

What buyers ask before they start.

What kinds of businesses do you serve?+

I work best with contractors, property management teams, sales organizations, professional services, manufacturers and small offices that need better lead generation, reporting or internal workflows.

Do you offer both Excel and Google Sheets?+

Yes. I recommend the platform based on data complexity, collaboration, automation, security and how the team works.

Will you work with an existing spreadsheet?+

Yes. I can repair, simplify, redesign or automate an existing workbook when the current foundation is usable. If rebuilding is safer, I will explain why.

How long does a project take?+

A focused dashboard or cleanup project may take several business days. Small-business websites often take two to four weeks once content and approvals are available. Advanced systems are planned in milestones.

Do you provide support after delivery?+

Yes. Support terms are defined in the quote. Managed websites include ongoing care; standalone projects and business systems can include a handoff period or continuing support.

Can you guarantee Google rankings?+

No credible provider can guarantee rankings. I build the technical, content and entity foundation needed to compete, then measure indexing, impressions, clicks and qualified inquiries.
